Terms & Conditions

Prices, Tax and Duty All prices have shipping costs added to them at the time of checking out. No sales tax is payable in Thailand. However, any local taxes, duty, import taxes etc. are the responsibility of the customer. If you are charged import tax it will usually be reasonably low and will be billed to you by the shipper. This bill is not a shipping charge. We find that only sometimes are customers charged import tax. Payment Terms All orders must be pre-paid by credit card (or gift certificate) at time the order is placed. Credit card transactions are processed via InternetSecure or PayPal, two of the largest and most trusted credit card processors on the Internet. The transaction is encrypted and secure. The name that will appear on your statement is Antu Garment.Your credit card company may sometimes levy an 'international transaction fee' of approximately $5 when you check out and make your payment. Shipping We ship worldwide at the lowest possible charge to you. You may choose either UPS or the postal service to ship your order when you check out. We strongly recommend you pay a little extra and choose UPS as your shipping preference. If you have any kind of use-date for your order at all you MUST choose UPS as the shipping option. Delivery Times Standard sequin dresses will usually be shipped within 28 working days. Ready-to-ship dresses will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 working days of your payment—then allow another 2 to 4 working days for delivery if you choose UPS as your shipping preference. Larger size orders, orders with unique specifications and some of the more complicated styles will take longer to make. We cannot guarantee a specific date by which you will have your dress. Any information from us, either in writing or by phone, about the delivery or completion date of your order is an estimate only. If you have an event you need the dress for it is wise to allow at least 6 to 8 weeks for your sequin dress to reach you or 15 weeks for a fully beaded gown to arrive. If you have given us a delivery date for your order, we reserve the right to make changes to your item during production in order to meet your deadline. Items with production deadlines are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable, whether or not your deadline is met. Returns and Refunds -We must be notified of all returns within 24 hours of receipt as confirmed by the shipping records. After this period we have the right to refuse a return. -Items must have a demonstrable fault (you may need to email us a picture of the fault) and be returned unworn within 5 working days from the date of receipt. If you cannot provide us with a tracking number for the item within 5 working days, we will refuse the return. -Once we receive the returned item, it will be remade or modified to rectify any faults and then shipped back to you. -Only if a fix or remake cannot be done will a refund be issued after deducting a 35% restocking fee. To receive the refund the dress must arrive back unworn and in original condition. -ANY refund incurs a US$ 25 processing fee. The original shipping charge on your order is not refunded. -Payment of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship anything back to us until AFTER you have contacted us for our return shipping address and details. -If you cancel your order for any reason before we ship it to you there is a 'stop production' fee of 35% of the value of your order taken off your refund, no matter what stage of production your order is at. PLACING YOUR ORDER MEANS YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials from sequinqueen.com will result in legal action against the infringing individual or business entity. To arrange authorized use of materials from the website, please contact customerservice@sequinqueen.com for further information. . Customized Orders We can make some types of customized pieces. If you ask us to make a customized piece we will follow your instructions and sketches as closely as possible. However, during production, we reserve the right to make changes to your instructions as we see fit, without contacting you about them. On custom items there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds. Payment for adjustments, if made with us after receiving the item, are the responsibility of the customer. Any design that is sent to us by a customer to make as a custom piece becomes our property, which we can make and sell again through our normal sales channels.
