  3. Offline
    Fax your order and credit card details to us and we will process your order manually. The payment plan option is available for orders over $600 when paying by fax.
  4. Gift Certificate
    If you have received a gift certificate it can be used as full or part payment for your order. The currency of the gift certificate must match the currency of the order.
